About Our Missions Team

At Evergreen, we are committed to the mission of announcing and demonstrating the coming Kingdom which undoes the brokenness of the world. Our good works do not earn salvation, but they are the evidence of a life captivated by and committed to the Gospel story of Scripture. They are a foreshadowing of the coming Kingdom and a way to participate in the reconciling mission of Christ.

Mission Team Ambassadors

At Evergreen, each of our ministry partners is represented by an Evergreen ambassador. Our hope is to move beyond a donorship model to a relationship model. Contact Pastor Don Feuerbach for details at PastorDon@EvergreenChurchGa.org.

Ambassador Responsibilities

  • Check in with assigned ministry partner up to 4 times a year via phone call, email, or in person conversation.
  • Provide feedback to our Missions Team on how we can continue to support our ministry partners through prayer, financial support, or volunteer opportunities.

Volunteer

Upcoming volunteer opportunities are listed below.

Volunteer Opportunity

The 4th of July parade in Peachtree City is a long-standing tradition. This year Evergreen Church will be participating, and we need your help to pull it off. Below are the following ways that you can participate.

1) Serve on the float planning committee – Schelenta Allen and Gretchen Watkins are your float chairs.
2) Decorate the float on Sunday, July 1st after church.
3) Be in the parade with us on the 4th of July. Anyone can participate: young, old, youth, or adult.

If you are interested in participating in this committee in any of the above ways, email Schelenta Allen or Gretchen Watkins!
