God calls each of us to offer our hands and hearts in daily service to our neighbors.  Evergreen branches out in love - providing many opportunities to use our hands to clear, repair and build. To  open our hearts to feel the pain and joy of others, embrace and hold them, sharing God’s light to the world.

Serving can look different for everyone. Some opportunities call for our time, others for our talents or resources, and all of them give us a way to put our faith into action.


Evergreen provides opportunities throughout the year to step in, help where there is a need, and share Christ's love in practical ways.

SERVE Days

SERVE Days are one of Evergreen's favorite ways to serve locally. Volunteers help neighbors in the community complete projects in and around their homes.


It's a hands-on opportunity to meet real needs, work alongside others, and make a difference close to home.

Serving Near and Far

Evergreen supports mission work both close to home and around the world. Our mission giving reflects that commitment, with approximately 70% supporting local efforts and 30% supporting global missions.

Comfort Quilters

Comfort Quilters is a quilting ministry of Evergreen dedicated to creating quilts that bring love, peace, and joy to their recipients. Each quilt is given as a gift, not sold.


The group meets Thursdays from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM to quilt together.

Yes. Local outreach is a significant part of Evergreen's mission work, including SERVE Days, Comfort Quilters, community programs, and partnerships with local organizations.
